This role involves providing scrub assistance during procedures, setting exposure parameters on angiography equipment, preparing for procedures, post-processing images, and ensuring timely transmission to PACS. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of imaging techniques and protocols, with operational proficiency across ancillary equipment.

Job Details

• Position Type: Interventional Radiology Technologist

• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification by the State of California Department of Health Services in Diagnostic Radiology, BLS (Basic Life Support), RTF California State Fluoroscopic Permit (new hires must obtain within three months of hiring), and CRT. Experience requirement: 1 year.
• Additional Information: Provides scrub assistance during procedures, performs routine cleaning of procedural area and equipment, verifies and completes all documentation including Qsight and EPIC in an accurate and timely manner. Must demonstrate basic understanding of imaging techniques, protocols, and ancillary equipment operation such as IVUS, US, EKOS, JETI, ANGIO JET, among others.
