Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Technologist INTRA CL Location not specified. This role involves providing scrub assistance during interventional radiology procedures and performing float duties as assigned. The technologist will set exposure parameters on fluoroscopic imaging equipment, prepare patients and equipment for procedures, and ensure high-quality image post-processing and timely delivery to PACS.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), RT (Registered Technologist) certification from the California State Fluoroscopic Permit (candidates without certification must obtain it within three months of hire), CRT (Certified Radiology Technologist) from the California Department of Health Services, and at least 3 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support ancillary imaging such as IVUS, US, EKOS, JETI, ANGIO JET, among others. Operate ancillary equipment, perform quality post-processing of images, and ensure all procedural documentation ensures compliance and accuracy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with interventional radiology procedures and proficiency in operating related imaging and ancillary equipment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should be experienced in interventional radiology and meet all listed qualifications to be considered for this urgent assignment.
