Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray procedures is sought for a facility located in Southfield, Michigan. The position involves performing computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients, with opportunities to conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations. The role requires adaptability to rotating shifts, with schedules including 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, and participation in weekend rotations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, with shifts typically from 1900-0700 or 2100-0700.
• Certifications and Education: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and hold BLS certification. High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; continued education hours must be maintained.
• Relevant Skills: Radiation protection, anatomical analysis, patient care standards, infection control, sterile equipment setup, patient preparation, radiologic procedures, clinical data review.
• Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience required.
• Additional Information: Experience with GE and Phillips imaging equipment is preferred. Candidates with hospital experience are preferred or required, depending on specific role needs.
• Location: Southfield, Michigan, with services including inpatient, outpatient, trauma level 2, and emergency care.
