Job Summary:
Gastona, North Carolina Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position. This role involves working in the cardiac catheterization lab, primarily during daytime shifts. The technician will be responsible for providing support during procedures, floating as needed to pre- and post-cardiac units, and working on a schedule that includes on-call responsibilities every fifth weekend and one weekday per week.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications as applicable for Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologists, relevant educational background, and at least 1 year of experience. Must be licensed and in compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures, familiarity with current clinical guidelines, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts, with on-call every 5th weekend and one weekday per week. Floating to pre- and post-cardiac units as needed.
• Additional Information: The role requires proactive clinical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, including assisting during procedures and maintaining high standards of patient care. Flexibility in float duties and adherence to all institutional protocols are essential.
