Description

Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in a healthcare facility in Brownsville, Texas. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluations and treatments, within a busy outpatient facility. The therapist will work collaboratively with a team to deliver quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; geographical location in Texas or willing to commute
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy settings, including NICU outpatient evaluation procedures
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The unit has 214 beds and 65 full-time or PRN staff members. The therapy unit primarily performs acute and outpatient evaluations using therapy equipment and Meditech/Net Health Redoc electronic medical records. Candidates should be team players and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
