Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Aurora, Colorado. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for Colorado; ability to meet state practice act requirements; willingness to participate in a student program; commitment to continuing education and professional development; adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; 6-month outpatient experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Conducts comprehensive patient evaluations and develops personalized treatment plans aiming for discharge within an established length of stay. Ensures accurate, timely documentation aligned with federal, state, and organizational policies. Participates in student training, promotes professional growth, and follows all safety and clinic guidelines. Performs all duties ethically, maintains licensure, and actively engages in performance improvement initiatives.
