Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Montana. This position involves providing therapeutic care to patients in a SNF setting with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery. The role offers a quick-start opportunity with a focus on flexibility and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist, graduation from an accredited program, Montana state license (or eligibility), and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, familiarity with SNF protocols, and CPR certification.
• Additional Information: This assignment requires OT services for a period of 13 weeks, with strict adherence to facility-specific policies and procedures. OT services may include patient assessments, treatment plan development, and therapy implementation as per facility protocols and regulatory standards. OT is needed immediately to cover the current staffing needs, with the possibility of overtime to meet the clinical demands.
