Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
• Location: Danvers, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting, Massachusetts licensure or eligibility, and flexibility with scheduling
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SNF environments, additional certifications such as CPR or specialized therapy credentials
• Additional Information: The position involves delivering skilled therapy interventions, collaborating with nursing staff, and documenting patient progress according to facility policies and SOPs. Successful candidates should be team-oriented and committed to providing quality patient care.
