Job Details

• Schedule: Days shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled Monday through Saturday. Normal shift times are from 07:45 AM to 07:15 PM Monday through Friday and from 08:00 AM to 05:15 PM on Saturdays.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); 1 year of experience as a pharmacist; Oregon licensure; valid license to submit.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to cover different locations as needed.
• Additional Information: Positions are located in outpatient pharmacy environments within a hospital division, including on-campus and off-site locations within several miles of the hospital. The off-site location features a drive-through service. Scheduling is planned in advance for periods of up to several weeks at a time. Cancellations are permitted with specific policies depending on shift and contract length. The charting system used is EPIC.
