Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) in Burlington, Vermont. The role involves providing inpatient respiratory therapy services across adult intensive care units and general units, with a focus on flexibility and weekend availability. Experience in teaching hospital settings and recent Epic electronic medical record (EMR) usage are required.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP; must be Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); minimum of 1 year of experience; prior travel experience preferred; teaching hospital experience required; all specialties documented in each employment entry; Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
- Additional Information:
- IVS to OFFER
- Schedule spans Monday to Sunday with no block schedules for any reason
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete work history including bed count, EMR, facility type, etc., is mandatory for submission
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Notes: Reliable transportation is necessary, and vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April.
