Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in inpatient care in Sylvania, Ohio. The successful candidate will evaluate assigned patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and physician directives. This role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and safe return to community activities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid and current State license, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, and suitable educational background or degree in physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient settings and familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, participating in student programs, and maintaining professional licensure in good standing. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, adherence to organizational safety and performance improvement initiatives, and commitment to ethical standards.
