Job Summary:
Pharmacist Inpatient position located in YORK, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing inpatient pharmaceutical services within a hospital setting, including chemotherapy, hazardous drug preparations, and medication management for diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics. The position requires clinical expertise and adherence to safety protocols to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 40 hours per week, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: PA state pharmacy license required, EPIC Beacon experience required, minimum two years of experience in pharmacy, certification in BCPS (Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist), BLS (Basic Life Support), chemo/hazardous drug handling, IV certification, and PharmD or RPh degree.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mammography, active ARRT registration, and prior work in inpatient or acute care settings.
• Additional Information: Candidate may be required to care for COVID-19 patients. Ability to work in a tobacco- and fragrance-free facility. The role involves working at the YORK hospital with potential floating to nearby facilities within a 50-mile radius. Effective immediately after signing, travelers must complete and pass EKG testing within 72 hours if applicable. Modules related to the position are billable and are expected to be completed pre-start.
