Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position available in Chandler, Arizona. This inpatient rehabilitation role involves providing therapeutic care to adult patients with neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions within a 40-bed facility. The position is ideal for professionals seeking a collaborative environment dedicated to patient recovery and functional improvement.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, excellent time management skills, point-of-care documentation knowledge, and a valid occupational therapy license. No specific years of experience are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neuro, ortho, and cardiac patient populations
• Float: Float option to sister facility 8 miles away
• Additional Information: The unit uses equipment such as Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody. The electronic health record system utilized is UDS. The position involves working with adult patients, managing a patient ratio of 8 patients per therapist, with 1-2 assistants and 1 rehabilitation technician available. Scrub color is wine, and parking is available in any non-visitor front or back lot. Position is a replacement for permanent staff.
