Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (Inpatient) in Sacramento County. This role involves providing assessment, treatment, and evaluation for patients with speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Location: Sacramento County, including surrounding areas as needed
- Certifications: BLS, CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License, Current Drivers License and Auto Insurance
- Education Requirements: Not specified
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
- Preferred Qualifications: Home Health Care experience, Patient and Family Education skills, familiarity with signs and symptoms of abuse
- Additional Information: Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Gains confidence and cooperation from patients and their support systems through competent assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Assists with clinical supervision of support staff and serves as clinical instructor for students.
