Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Registered in Houston, Texas. This position involves providing specialized respiratory therapy services in a clinical setting. The Respiratory Therapist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care and ensure optimal respiratory function for a diverse patient population.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification as a Respiratory Therapist Registered, graduate of a formal diagnostic Radiology program, CMRT (Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist) as issued by the Texas Medical Board, CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist) from NMTCB or N-ARRT (National Registry of Radiation Technologists), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), with a minimum of 3 years of radiology experience in any/all modalities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Peds experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate expertise in medical terminology, operate and troubleshoot equipment such as automated processors, digital imaging, RIS, and PACS systems. Basic life support certification is required. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality is essential. Demonstrates supportiveness and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to independently scan patients following established protocols.
