Job Summary:
Radiology Technician specializing in X-ray technology is sought in Bellaire, Texas. This role involves performing routine and specialized radiographic procedures at the request of licensed independent practitioners for interpretation by radiologists. The technician will integrate scientific knowledge, technical skills, patient interaction, and compassionate care to produce diagnostic imaging. Candidates must demonstrate a detailed understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology, ensuring high accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure techniques.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, beginning 08/17/2026
• Required Qualifications: Technical diploma graduate of a formal diagnostic radiology program; R-ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification; CMRT (Cert Med Radiologic Techngst Texas Medical Board) certification; 3 years radiology experience in any/all modalities; Day shift from 7:30 am to 5 pm

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The radiographer will be responsible for verifying patient identity, preparing patients for procedures with age-appropriate care, assessing contraindications, selecting appropriate contrast agents, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate, courteous, and capable of providing excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
