Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care within an outpatient setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for Ohio; minimum 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired).
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, creates tailored treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student training by providing supervision and learning objectives. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and actively engages in professional development activities. Ensures safety protocols are followed in all aspects of patient and staff safety, including safe patient handling, infectious disease control, and slip/trip prevention.
