Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Arvada, Colorado. This full-time outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery process. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours daily, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; valid and active license for the state of Colorado; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Six months to one year of outpatient clinical experience; previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; successful completion of a prior assignment with the organization is highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The physical therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, document care clearly and promptly, and participate in student training programs. Candidates should possess strong clinical reasoning skills, adhere to state and federal regulations, and commit to continuous professional development. The role also requires active participation in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with organizational standards.
