Description
Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position is located in Woodway, Texas. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by physicians or other licensed providers. The position supports the diagnosis of diseases and injuries by delivering high-quality imaging services in accordance with established protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, working days and hours as specified (e.g., days, Sun-Tue, 0700-1930 or 0800-2030).
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association) certification, ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification, Texas state licensure if applicable, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: Candidate must take call on a weekly rotation with other technologists. Call shifts include nights and weekends (Mon-Fri: 2000-0700; Sat & Sun: 24 hours). Scrub color is any solid color but no prints. The role requires a focus on patient care, safety compliance, and maintaining equipment standards. Candidates should be able to perform procedures independently and support department operations effectively.
