Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Grand Junction, Colorado. This position involves providing specialized respiratory therapy and cardio-pulmonary diagnostics in a healthcare facility. The role requires adherence to departmental standards and protocols to deliver quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; current BLS certification; current, unrestricted Colorado license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT); RRT certification within 2 years; NRP preferred.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include administering respiratory treatments such as oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management, as well as conducting cardio-pulmonary diagnostics like electrocardiograms, arterial blood sampling, and sleep studies. Documentation must meet departmental standards.
