Description

Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role involves providing inpatient therapy services within an acute care setting, focusing on neuro, cardiovascular, and polytrauma patient populations. The therapist will work with a team to support patient recovery and functional mobility in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts, with every Sunday scheduled for work.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist, minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care settings, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neuro, trauma, and general medical/surgical patients in inpatient acute care.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Position requires working in an acute inpatient setting providing therapy to neuro, cardiovascular, and polytrauma patients. The role includes coverage of ortho, trauma, neuro, and general medical/surgical units, with a need for flexibility across different units as required.
