Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Inpatient in Vidalia, Georgia. This position involves providing specialized speech therapy services to inpatients and outpatients in a hospital setting. The candidate will perform assessments and procedures related to swallowing, voice, and language, including Modified Barium Swallow studies, as part of a dedicated healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Location: Vidalia, Georgia
• Shift Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Schedule: 30 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or equivalent), education in Speech Language Pathology, active licensure in the state of Georgia, and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Responsibilities include conducting assessments for swallowing, voice, and language; performing Modified Barium Swallow studies; adhering to hospital policies and unit guidelines.
• Additional Information: The position entails working in a unit with a 59-bed capacity, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient cases. Candidates should be adaptable to float as needed between outpatient and inpatient settings.
