Description

Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Certified Laboratory (IR CL) technologist position available in Stockton, California. This role involves working in the cath lab and interventional radiology suites, supporting critically ill patients with a variety of procedures including laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting during high-acuity cases, with a focus on coronary and peripheral circulation procedures.

Job Details:

  • Location: Stockton, California
  • Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, with Every Other Weekend (EOW) rotation
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification, Fluoroscopy certification, minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or cath lab settings, experience with coronary and peripheral circulation procedures, familiarity with Merge Hemodynamics system and Siemens/Philips equipment is advantageous, current state licensure to submit
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Merge Hemodynamics system and knowledge of various interventional procedures such as Impella, IABP, and IVUS is a plus
  • Additional Information: No floating requirement; 1-2 days of floor-specific orientation; the facility is a STEMI receiving center performing numerous STEMI cases each month. Candidates should be comfortable working with critically ill patients and be available to respond within 30 minutes for call shifts. The unit emphasizes a team working environment with support from a cardiologist and respiratory therapists available 24/7.
