Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Avondale, Arizona. This position involves delivering outpatient orthopedic therapy services in a clinic setting with a focus on general orthopedics, post-operative cases, balance deficits, deconditioning, and neurological conditions. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population ranging in age from 15 to 90.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends required.
• Required Qualifications: Doctorate or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Arizona state licensure, at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience; location in or near Avondale, Arizona.
• Preferred Qualifications: More than 1 year of outpatient experience, prior experience working in a general orthopedic clinic.
• Schedule: 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Patient ratios range from 10 to 12 patients per day per 8-hour shift. Evaluation times typically include 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments. This position is temp-to-perm, with flexible scheduling options available.
