Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Florence, Alabama. This role involves providing support in a busy Cardiac Catheterization Lab, with responsibilities including monitoring and assisting on cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. The position ensures high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, working 10 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS; five years of experience in a cardiac cath lab, including monitoring and scrub experience; valid licensure as an RT, RCIS, or CVT; located in or able to commute to Florence, Alabama.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume cath labs, with less than five years considered if candidate has relevant extensive experience.
• Additional Information: Unit handles adult and geriatric patient populations, with a patient-to-team ratio of three per case. Equipment includes Philips Cathlab and Merge Hemo units. EHR system utilized is Meditech. The role involves working on a team with a focus on patient care, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude.
