Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in McMinnville, Oregon. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week starting from 08/31/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a minimum of 2.0 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Valid PointClickCare electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency and Oregon state licensure are required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SNF environments, familiarity with long-term care protocols, and strong documentation skills.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This role involves providing occupational therapy services to long-term care residents, adhering to facility policies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The candidate must be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a team setting within a dynamic clinical environment.
