Description

Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Richland, Washington. The role involves providing specialized respiratory therapy services in a pediatric and adult critical care environment. The clinician must demonstrate independence working within a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and have experience working in a Level 2 regional trauma center.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week starting 08/24/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact Respiratory Therapist (RT) license; applicable certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or RRT; no minimum experience specified but at least 1 year preferred; candidate must be able to work independently and be flexible to float between units.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in NICU level III or IV, trauma level II, and in high-risk pediatric environments.
  • Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility, including neonatal and trauma units. All travelers must be willing to adhere to compliance documentation deadlines and provide detailed interview availability with time zones and multiple options. Return Providence staff must wait three months before submitting as travelers. Proper licensing is required at the time of submission, and local candidates are accepted at a lower rate.
