Description
Job Summary:
A Mammographer position is available in Napa, California. This role involves performing mammography exams, including screening, diagnostic procedures, biopsies, and needle localizations. The role requires expertise in Mammography (MAMMO) and involves working in a busy imaging department, contributing to patient diagnosis and care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California license in hand, 0 years of experience required, specific charting experience in Epic, and applicable certifications such as ARRT R and BLS.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mammography exams, biopsy procedures, needle localization, and proficiency in Hologic equipment is preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years. Travelers may be expected to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The assignment start date is 08/10/2026, and candidates should have their housing options in mind as options may be limited.
