Description

Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Towson, Maryland. This role involves performing high-load outpatient and inpatient nuclear stress tests, Hida scans, VQ scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, and amyloid studies. The position is scheduled for the dayshift, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to diagnostic imaging and patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026.
Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT Nuclear Medicine (ARRT N) certification, ARRT Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R) certification, BLS certification, NMTCB certification, active State license in Maryland.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine procedures with familiarity in high scan load environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE equipment, SPEC CTG850, and proficiency in several nuclear medicine procedures including myocardial perfusion imaging, gastric emptying, and Amyloid studies.
Additional Information: The role requires the ability to float within the scope of nuclear medicine, coverage for holidays as they fall, and participation in weekend on-call rotation every other weekend, with weekday on-call coverage twice weekly from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
