Job Details:

• Position: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS)
• Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio
• Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in respiratory therapy, Ohio state licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric respiratory care, advanced certifications such as NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care), and familiarity with pediatric respiratory equipment.
• Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, operate ventilatory equipment, perform bedside procedures, and coordinate with physicians regarding therapy efficacy. All duties must be performed according to hospital policies and standards. The role involves working closely with physicians, conducting patient assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation of treatments and responses. Proper operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment are essential, along with adherence to safety and quality protocols.
