Job Summary:
The outpatient physical therapy position in the specialty of Physical Therapist Outpatient is located in Conroe, Texas. This role involves planning, evaluating, and implementing developmentally appropriate physical therapy treatment programs for patients ranging from neonates to adults. The therapist will collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to develop personalized care plans, monitor patient responses, and recommend adaptive equipment as needed. The position is based on-site in an outpatient developmental therapy clinic.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; or alternatively, 12-hour shifts on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with remote documentation possible if 12-hour shifts are selected.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy, current PT license in Texas (temporary license acceptable if a permanent license is obtained prior to temporary license expiration), at least 2 years of pediatric, womens health, orthopedics, or sports medicine clinical experience, or 1 year of residency in these specialties.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful demonstration of exceptional or consistently exceptional performance ratings, clinical advancement, and excellent communication skills.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates advanced clinical competencies in pediatric rehabilitative care, manages schedules effectively to maintain productivity, and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. The position requires the ability to treat patients independently, develop and follow therapy plans, and utilize basic office equipment such as fax, copier, and PC.
