Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Home Health experience is needed in Morristown, New Jersey. The position involves providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes, following physician orders, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time, day shift role with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited speech and language pathology program with a minimum of a Master's degree; current NJ Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license; minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute, subacute, or home care setting; good customer service and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Performs patient assessments to determine appropriateness for home care, learning needs, and progress toward goals
  • Collaborates with patients, families, and physicians to develop and revise the plan of care based on evidence-based practices
  • Implements treatment programs including communication, safe swallow, and cognitive training
  • Provides discharge planning and referrals as needed
  • Ensures compliance with agency policies, home care regulations, and insurance reimbursement guidelines
  • Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and prioritizes patient schedules to meet their needs
  • Travels to patient homes and facilities as indicated
  • Assists with growing agency business through orientation and cross-training of new staff
