Description
Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position located in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment involves working nights with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. The role requires prior experience with Phillips MRI equipment, teaching hospital background, and expertise in electronic medical record systems.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, start date 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT or ARMRIT license with MRI advanced licensure
- Education: Minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology
- Location: Candidates must have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended
- Experience: Prior travel experience preferred, teaching hospital experience required
- Skills: Phillips MRI experience, Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable)
- Additional Information:
- Assignment duration: 16-32 weeks
- Travel: Not required
- Float: Not required
- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, no block schedules, bi-weekly orientation on Monday, next orientation date 02/23/2024
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained in application
- Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) required for submission
- Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable transportation is essential
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April
