Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position is available at a clinic in Avondale, Arizona. This outpatient rehabilitation role involves working with adult orthopedic patients in a busy clinical setting. The PTA will assist in delivering therapeutic interventions across a diverse range of cases, supporting patient recovery and functional improvements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM6:00 PM, 4x10s shift structure, totaling 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, located in Arizona
• Types of Cases Seen: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain (Post-Operative), Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care), SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TMJ Dysfunction, Total Joint Replacement
• Patient Population: Adult orthopedic patients
• Documentation System: NextGen
• Staff Support: 1 PT, 1 part-time PTA, 2 front office staff, 1 tech
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Dress code is polo and sneakers or business casual. The candidate will utilize a Generative AI Documentation Scribe supported by purpose-built AI technology to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time, allowing clinicians to stay focused on patient care. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
