Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist in the San Jose area. This position involves delivering radiation treatments, performing patient simulations, and ensuring safety and quality control according to established protocols. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: License or certification as a Radiation Therapist, with at least 1 year of experience and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of radiation therapy equipment, human anatomy, safety protocols, billing, and coding procedures; ability to lead and mentor team members; and current familiarity with clinical practice developments.
• Additional Information: Primary work location will be in San Jose, with float to additional facilities as needed. The position emphasizes safety, patient-centered care, documentation accuracy, and adherence to department protocols.
