Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient specialization in a facility located in Lilburn, Georgia. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to support patient recovery and functional improvement. Job Details:

• Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP)
• Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, completes medical record documentation accurately, and participates in student programs. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to all regulatory requirements.
