Job Summary:

Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Ventnor City, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing treatment plans to facilitate effective recovery and return to community activities. The therapist will perform functional evaluations, implement therapeutic interventions, and serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Emphasis is placed on maintaining professional standards and ensuring patient and staff safety in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Ventnor City, New Jersey
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active license for the State of New Jersey; CPR Certification; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning, and accurately document medical records in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies. Participate in student programs by providing supervision and mentoring. Maintain licensure and professional development through continuing education. Adhere to organizational performance improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety focused on patient and employee well-being.
