Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/applicable licensure for the state; ability to adhere to clinic policies and procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the organization or its agency; experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician orders. Maintains timely and accurate medical record documentation. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines, maintaining licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement initiatives and organizational safety standards.
