Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant position available in Indiana. This role involves assisting in implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and their families, and contributing to patient mobility and safety. The position is suitable for qualified candidates who have recent outpatient experience and a valid license to practice.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active license for the state of Indiana; CPR certification; must have outpatient (OP) experience in the last 5 years; minimum of 5 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with Select Medical is a plus; no new graduate status required
• Additional Information: The role involves assisting Physical Therapists in carrying out therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strength and endurance exercises, gait training, and patient education. Safety protocols and infection control standards are emphasized and must be followed diligently. The position requires active participation in team conferences and adherence to all safety, infection control, and clinic policies. Clinicians will utilize various modalities and assistive devices, monitor patient responses, and maintain proper documentation.
