Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Salem, Oregon. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care while following the facility's operational procedures and documentation standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active license; experience in outpatient physical therapy; at least 1 year of professional experience; location in Oregon; minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for completing documentation directly with the organization outside of the AMN healthcare clearance packet before being cleared for assignment. A compact license may be used to start but must obtain a permanent license immediately. If previously employed at the organization as a permanent or PRN staff member within the last year, candidates are ineligible. If previous working history involves travel or perm/PRN within more than a year, rehire eligibility should be confirmed. Parking will be provided during the first day; dress code details will be given on the first day.
