Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active license; experience in outpatient physical therapy; at least 1 year of professional experience; location in Oregon; minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for completing documentation directly with the organization outside of the AMN healthcare clearance packet before being cleared for assignment. A compact license may be used to start but must obtain a permanent license immediately. If previously employed at the organization as a permanent or PRN staff member within the last year, candidates are ineligible. If previous working history involves travel or perm/PRN within more than a year, rehire eligibility should be confirmed. Parking will be provided during the first day; dress code details will be given on the first day.
