Description
Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position involves providing nuclear medicine imaging services in a hospital setting, working with advanced equipment and adhering to unit policies. The role requires collaboration with a dedicated team to ensure quality patient care and accurate diagnostic results.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Utah state license, certification as Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB), Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: Must have experience in myocardial perfusion and lung perfusion procedures. Candidates should demonstrate a hard-working personality and be comfortable working in a team environment. On-call rotation may be required, with 8-hour shifts. The team includes 3 nuclear medicine technologists, 2 EKG technologists, and 2 students, working primarily during day shifts. The unit uses GE Epic electronic medical record systems, and staff are expected to follow unit policies, attire in gray scrubs, and adhere to safety guidelines.
