Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (SNF) - Canaan, Connecticut. This position involves providing specialized therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
