Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/28/2026
• Required Qualifications: Florida licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), in inpatient rehabilitation setting experience preferred or nice to have with acute care experience, and at least 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Inpatient rehab experience and acute care background are highly preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit has a bed capacity of 24 and a staff of 17 therapists. The team is experienced, collaborative, and maintains good relationships with nursing staff. The position may involve working with typical inpatient rehab gym equipment and providing occupational therapy treatments to patients. Candidates should be flexible and able to work well with a team. The schedule includes working every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis, with designated days off before and after weekends off as compensatory days.
