• Required Qualifications: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure; strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills; commitment to patient-centered care.
• Additional Information: Clinicians will deliver personalized care, document accurately in Raintree electronic medical records, and maintain approximately 50 patient visits per week supported by AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
