Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care is sought for an outpatient clinic located in Lawton, Oklahoma. The position involves providing personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions. Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure; 1 year of experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills; commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions; document care accurately in Raintree EMR; maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with assistance from AI-driven documentation tools; contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
