Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Concord, MA. This role involves providing a broad spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services for patients of all ages. The position reports to the Director of Cardio/Pulmonary/Neurology/Sleep Disorders and encompasses clinical responsibilities including evaluation, treatment, patient education, and participation in departmental initiatives.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every other weekend, rotating holidays, no call.
• Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; graduate of a Respiratory Therapy (RT) program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP); NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification upon submission and hire; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous RT experience and previous patient care experience are strongly preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires clinical rotations and active participation in code and rapid response teams. The role includes assisting with patient transport, departmental education, and supporting departmental projects and inventory management. Responsibilities emphasize maintaining patient rights to care, privacy, and respect.
