Description
Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves operating MRI equipment within a trauma or tertiary care facility, providing advanced imaging services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards while supporting patient care needs during night shifts.
Job Details:
- Certifications and Education Requirements: ARRT (MR) certification with a minimum of 1 year MRI inpatient experience in a trauma or tertiary care facility.
- Schedule: Nights shift with 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (MR) certification, at least 1 year of inpatient MRI experience in a trauma or tertiary care setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens Aera 1.5T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, GE Architect 3T MRI systems; proficiency in MR Safety Exams including MRE, Prostate, Rectal, Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Pacemakers, NICU, Liver procedures.
- Additional Information: The unit utilizes Siemens and GE MRI equipment, with a focus on patient safety and advanced imaging techniques. Candidates should be familiar with hospital policies and be adaptable to unit-specific guidelines. The department is recognized as a Safety Leader in the Tristar Division and values experienced, dedicated staff.
