Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves providing specialized technical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory within a healthcare facility. The position supports the clinical team by performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural success.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with assigned late days during the week. No weekends or holidays are required. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with an active Cardiovascular Interventional (RCIS) certification or ACLS, BLS certifications. No specific experience required; candidates should have the appropriate credentials and the ability to work in the specified location.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or related cardiovascular setting is advantageous.
- Additional Information: The role involves supporting complex cardiac procedures, adhering to facility protocols, and maintaining equipment standards. Candidates must be prepared to work within a fast-paced environment and follow all safety and procedural guidelines.
