Description

Job Summary:
Mammographer in Lutherville Timonium, MD. This position involves performing mammography procedures at a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation to support diagnostic services.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid Maryland license, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography certification, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS) certification, a minimum of 1 year of experience in mammography including Tomosynthesis (Tomo), current mammography Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, and successful completion of initial digital and tomosynthesis training hours.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital breast tomosynthesis, current mammography statistics of 200 or more, and additional relevant certifications.
Additional Information: Candidates must submit copies of their Maryland license, current ARRT certification card, mammography registry certificate (or ARRT documentation showing registry date), along with proof of initial training hours and current CME credits. The assignment is scheduled to last for 26 weeks, with on-call responsibilities not required.
