Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH)
• Location: Fargo, North Dakota
• Schedule: Days, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Duration: 20 weeks
• Schedule: 8 hours per shift, 32-40 hours weekly expected
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist, active State of North Dakota license, 2 years of experience in home health therapy, and current CPR certification.
• Additional Information: The assignment does not require travel; the therapist will provide care within a 35-mile radius from the Fargo office. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate, including paid drive time.
