Job Summary:
The Healthcare Professional, specializing in Physical Therapy, will be working in an inpatient setting located in Quincy, California. This position offers a day shift schedule with the opportunity to provide care in a hospital, swingbed, or skilled nursing facility. The role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic services to patients with diverse diagnoses, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Scheduled to work in inpatient/swingbed/skilled nursing facility with potential to cover at hospital as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy; current California Physical Therapy License; current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification approved by the American Heart Association; passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE); compliant with state regulatory requirements; 1+ years of experience in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal communication skills; compassionate and attentive to detail; up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices; ability to solve problems independently or know when to rely on others; excellent analytical and logical thinking; ability to manage patients with different personalities and diagnoses; ability to write timely and accurate reports and correspondence at a professional level; proficiency in using a computer and software; drive to continually learn new treatment techniques; timely and punctual in all responsibilities; ability to multi-task responsibilities.
• Additional Information: RTO not approved unless noted in the offer.

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
