Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT) specializing in Home Health located in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting. The position offers a scheduled daytime shift, with the flexibility to meet the needs of the patients and the organizations operational requirements.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, Oregon state licensure, BLS certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems including HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.
- Open to First-Time Travelers: Yes.
- Weekend Coverage: No.
- Certifications: BLS.
- Travel and Transportation: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. Must be willing to travel up to approximately 60 miles daily to visit clients efficiently.
- Additional Information:
- Start date is immediate, with a time frame extending through 08/24/2026.
- This is a home health position requiring the provider to visit multiple patients daily, with an expectation to meet productivity points.
- The facility does not accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s shifts.

- Personal transportation is essential for the role due to the travel component.
